Qualified candidates will hold a valid Washington SLP license and ESA certification and possess a passion for fostering student success. Whether you are an experienced SLP with CCC credentials or are beginning your journey with a CFY background, your skills and enthusiasm are welcomed.

Ideal qualifications and experience:

• Active Washington State SLP license and ESA certification
• Eligibility as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a range of speech and language disorders
• Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering effective speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families for student success
• Conducting speech and language evaluations, documenting progress, and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Supporting inclusive learning by implementing evidence-based interventions
