The Role

You will manage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process within our Professional Services and Business Operations team:

• Business Development: Cold-call and prospect new clients (Law Firms, Finance, Administration Depts) to build your book of business.
• Sourcing: Headhunt top-tier talent in Accounting, Finance, and Legal sectors using LinkedIn and networking.
• Closing: Manage the interview process, negotiate fees, and close high-stakes deals.

Compensation:

This is a full time 100% commissioned position. Salary will depend on experience!

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience: 05 years of professional experience (perfect for recent grads or those with sales/HR internships).
