Job Title: Registered Nurse

Must-Have Skills/Experience:
1 year Telemetry experience, inpatient only.
Experience and competence in drug titration.


Description:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
Maintains professional accountability for the provision of patient care.
Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and in line with established guidelines of nursing practice.
Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort.
Meets unit-specific physical demands, including significant bending, stooping, lifting, and turning of patients with assistance.
May be required to work differing schedules, shifts, and days of the week based on patient care requirements.
Physically demanding role with exposure to blood and body fluids.
Must be capable of push, pull, and grip tasks up to 50 lbs.
Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates with other departments.
Acts in alignment with mission, values, and service standards.
Maintains accountability for patient care and ensures confidentiality.
Performs responsibilities consistent with professional ethics and standards.
