Job Overview:
Our childcare center is seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for their growth and development. Duties:
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate them
- Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and supervising playtime
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day
- Implement daily routines and schedules to ensure consistency for the children
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, nannying, or babysitting preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to manage a classroom of children with varying needs and behaviors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus Must be 18 and have a high school diploma/GED Skills:
- Classroom management
- Special education
- Education background
- Childhood development knowledge
- Experience in daycare, nannying, or babysitting
