Our agency opened in December 2020 and has quickly grown into a close-knit team of four who are focused on helping customers protect what matters most. With a background as an independent agency owner, I bring a well-rounded perspective and a strong commitment to both customer service and team development. I'm a graduate of Texas Southern University, a serious animal lover and I bring a caring, people-first approach to the office. That same spirit shows up in the agencys community involvement, including participation in Donuts with Doris and support for multiple MD Anderson events. We believe in creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work and have the tools to grow. Team members enjoy casual Fridays, quarterly outings, team-building events, free snacks and drinks, and a strong focus on both personal and professional development. We also support work-life balance and cover licensing costs to help team members advance their careers. Our culture is built around loyalty, motivation, and purpose. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Doris Roberts - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
