This team is optimizing Capital One's Card developer experience to automate everything but the creative. Creating tooling and best practices to both deliver code faster and, in the background, drive automation that ensures applications are well managed. You will own the strategy and execution of the vision for Capital One's Card Business; inspire and lead your team, users and adjacent teams; drive a continuous discovery process, optimizing for efficiency and quality. This leader will instill an outcome orientation and partner with product and technology leaders across the organization to deliver exceptional experiences for our developers. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
