I'm Ryan Leach, the Owner of Red Roofing, and I'm looking to hire sales all-stars to join our team.
I don't care if you have roofing experience. We train the right people to succeed.

At Red Roofing we do in-home sales for big-ticket items, with a performance-based pay plan and $50,000 to $150,000+ earning potential. Seriously.
We provide a company vehicle, gas allowance, company phone, performance bonuses, paid training, and leads. You'll work out of our Hanover, IN office, covering a territory from Madison to Louisville, KY, including Jeffersonville and New Albany.
This isn't for everyone. You'll need a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, the ability to pass a background check, and you'll need to be comfortable on ladders and roofs.
