Receptionist Position at Alex McGehee State FarmAlex McGehee State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.Responsibilities:Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.Qualifications:Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Compensation: $15.00 per hourMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
