Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Maricopa, AZ

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state licensure for Arizona
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP procedures and documentation
• Collaborative, adaptable, and student-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students using standardized assessments and diagnostic tools
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and individual sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain detailed records and thorough progress documentation
• Contribute to school-based meetings and share expertise on communication-related topics
