Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Critical Access Hospital emergency room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and non-emergent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective emergency treatment
• Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols
• Respond to rapidly changing patient conditions and initiate appropriate emergency interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Montana or compact licensure eligibility
• Strong emergency room clinical skills with demonstrated competency in emergency nursing practice
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification required
• Ability to work night shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Critical Access Hospital environment
• TNCC or ENPC certification
• Experience managing a broad patient population in a rural or low-resource setting
