We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician who is dependable, hands-on, and committed to creating a community our residents are proud to call home. From keeping the grounds looking their best to preparing apartments for new residents, you'll play a key role in the overall resident experience.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of common areas
• Support lawn care and community grounds upkeep
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Complete general maintenance tasks and service requests
• Help ensure residents enjoy a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained community

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience
• HVAC and/or CPO certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Weekend and on-call availability required
