We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate professional to support patients throughout their care journey and help ensure a smooth, positive experience from the first point of contact through follow-up. What You Will Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providing courteous and timely assistance by phone, email, and in person.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments while coordinating with clinical and administrative teams.
• Verify and update required documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support patients with questions about appointments, services, preparation instructions, and next steps in their care.
• Assist with patient intake coordination.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and communication between patients and care providers.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with applicable privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts, service concerns, and other patient-related issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance the overall patient experience.

• Familiarity with scheduling, referral coordination, or patient intake processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and administrative workflows.

Estela Mental Health and Reproductive Psychiatry is a growing outpatient psychiatry practice in Austin dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care for across the reproductive life span including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and hormonal transitions.
