Sales Operations Manager - Emerging Beverage Brand

Our client, an emerging beverage brand, is looking for a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to help drive execution, strengthen customer relationships, and support their next stage of growth in the CPG space.
What You'll Do :
- Manage account plans, distribution targets, promotions, launches, and key retail milestones.
- Maintain sales dashboards and performance trackers.
- Coordinate distributor activities, customer onboarding, new item setup, and sales administration.
- Partner cross-functionally on forecasts, monitor inventory, and proactively flag risks and opportunities.
- Work with accounts to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Keep information, processes, and follow-through accurate, timely, and actionable.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years prior sales operations experience, preferably within consumer goods.
- Highly organized, analytical, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
- A strong owner who takes initiative, follows through, and gets things done.
- Hands-on problem solver.
