Compensation:

$17 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries

• Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and local attractions

• Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment

• Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards

• Handle cash and be able to accurately count cash and make accurate change for guests. Responsible for cash transactions. Knows the procedure for obtaining proper credit card authorizations

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Detail Oriented
• Flexible

• Tech Savvy
