About the Position

Description: Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in the NICU and on general floors. Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Stay current with best practices and advancements in respiratory therapy. Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and their families. Be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
