Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, drinking, and ambulating

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to licensed nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and observations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in care conferences and meetings to discuss patient progress and goals

• Perform other duties as assigned by licensed nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with proper technique and safety

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
