## Commerce & Customer Service Transformation LeadPublicFull-time40 h/weekUnited StatesHybridSap Order-To-Cash LeadStart date: As soon as possibleEnd date: No end dateHourly rate99 - 107 EUR/hYearly gross base salary120000 - 145000 EUR/y### Job DescriptionAbout the roleA leading consumer goods manufacturer is seeking a Commerce & Customer Service Transformation Lead to own customer-facing order and commercial support processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role is the business process owner for order entry and changes, customer master data, pricing conditions, and claims and deductions. You will define and validate process improvements, drive adoption across the customer service organization, and ensure exceptional service for major retail customers.Key responsibilities* Own end-to-end order management processes, including order entry, order changes, EDI order flows, and exception resolution.* Manage commercial support processes: customer master maintenance, pricing condition management, claims, chargebacks, and deductions.* Capture, prioritize and translate change requests from the customer service team into clear requirements and acceptance criteria; lead UAT and sign-off for fixes and enhancements.* Improve retail customer compliance performance (OTIF, ASN accuracy, EDI hygiene) and reduce deduction leakage by addressing root causes.* Train and coach customer service teams on S/4HANA order-to-cash transactions and maintain up-to-date process documentation.Experience and qualificationsEssential* 12+ years of leadership experience in customer service or order management within consumer goods/fast-moving consumer goods, supporting large retail customers.* Proficient SAP S/4HANA business user experience in order entry, pricing conditions, and customer master data.* Strong knowledge of retail customer compliance, including EDI order flows, chargebacks and deductions, and OTIF programs.* Proven track record of owning process improvements: requirements definition, testing, and driving user adoption.Desirable* Experience recovering deductions or managing trade compliance with major national retailers.* Participation in ERP go-live or migration projects from a business/process ownership perspective.If you are a process-oriented leader with deep S/4HANA order-to-cash experience and a focus on retail compliance and deduction prevention, this role offers the opportunity to shape and operationalize improvements across a high-volume customer service organization.
