Shipping Administrator

Job Description: The Shipping Administrator will support daily shipping and logistics coordination in a fast-paced warehouse office setting. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with drivers, carriers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments Prepare shipping paperwork including bills of lading and packing documentation Assist with order allocation and shipment planning Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries Support cycle counts and biannual physical inventory processes Provide backup support for additional logistics and inventory-related tasks as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or transportation administration High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics or transportation systems preferred Strong attendance record and reliability Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable working in a collaborative, open office environment Overtime required during busy periods and inventory counts Casual and team-oriented workplace Opportunity for long‑term growth and permanent placement Company events and team outings throughout the year Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
