Software Engineer IIThe Software Engineer II performs activities developing components of solutions with a focus on analytics, support, testing, and proof of concepts aligned to business and technology objectives.Provides a broad range of system solutions development to business problems through the development and programming of applications / systems. May also provide research, installation, maintenance, configuration, administration and/or provisioning of systems/applications.Must be located within TD footprint: CT, DE, FL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, DC.RESL Business Technology supports the Encompass loan origination platform and Blend point-of-sale platform, including their associated business rules and workflows. We partner with product managers, product owners, line-of-business teams, external vendors, and IT support to improve business capabilities, reduce costs, and automate processes.The Solutions Analyst IV will work within an Agile pod alongside configuration, testing, product, and other technology resources. The role will help design and deliver Encompass solutions, including plugins, workflow rules, Encompass Web input forms, and task-based processing.Strong communication is the most important skill for this position.
