Job Description
Medical Director – Psychiatry | Biloxi, MS | Hybrid | 1 Onsite
Opportunity Highlights:
• Hybrid role: 1 day onsite, remainder remote
• Inpatient psychiatry with leadership responsibilities
• Average 14–16 patients/day while on service
• Oversight of 2 APPs (additional compensation)
• Monday–Friday structure with flexibility
• Blend of clinical care + program leadership
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive compensation + WRVU incentives
• $10K sign-on bonus
• $10K relocation assistance
• Full comprehensive benefits package
• Paid malpractice with tail
Responsibilities:
• Provide inpatient psychiatric care
• Supervise and support APPs
• Participate in quality initiatives and program development
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
• BC/BE in Psychiatry
• Leadership experience preferred
• Active Mississippi license (or ability to obtain)
Location:
• Gulf Coast Mississippi
