Water Utility General Manager — Strategic Leader & Regulator Liaison

Hillsboro, OH

Highland County Water Company in Hillsboro, Ohio is seeking a General Manager to oversee all HCWC operations, deliver safe, reliable water, support the Board, and coordinate with regulators. Reporting to the Board, the GM will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and represent HCWC publicly while guiding projects and compliance. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 10+ years in water utilities with 5+ in supervision, and #J-18808-Ljbffr American Water Works Association
