RN Med/Surg

Education:


Nursing Diploma or ASN required, BSN preferred

Licensure:


Current Florida State RN license or compact state RN license


Current BLS Certification from the American Red Cross (HCA chosen provider) OR American Heart Association is required


Current ACLS preferred; required within 6 months of hire

Experience:


Minimum one year RN experience


Customer service abilities including effective listening skills. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment


Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds

Additional Notes:


1+ year of acute care experience required.


NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY


6 nights open(2 units both Med/Surg - Med/Surg RNs)


MUST HAVE 1 year of RN experience preferability in the hospital setting
