Night shift / 3 12's

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical RN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals where we prioritize patient care and professional growth! In this role, you will provide personalized care to patients in a small-town environment. Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensure: Current, temporary, or compact license to practice nursing in New Mexico
Possess a current CPR card or be enrolled in the next available class

Responsibilities

Provide excellent patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Accurately document patient care and maintain patient records
Continuously update nursing knowledge and skills through professional development activities
