Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, creating and implementing care plans, and educating patients and their families. While one year of experience in Nursery/NICU/L&D is preferred, those with a strong passion for maternal and infant care are encouraged to apply. Candidates should hold certifications in Fetal Heart Monitoring (preferred), CPR (required), and obtain NRP certification within 8 weeks of hire. Additionally, all RN staff will receive training to float between the labor unit, post-partum/GYN floor, and the nursery.
