Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between families, clients, and outpatient providers to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Engage with insurance companies to manage pre-certification processes and utilization management efficiently.

• Be an active participant in discharge and aftercare planning to ensure a smooth transition for clients.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, assisting clients in developing a healthy relationship with food while modeling positive behaviors.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to the unique circumstances and intersecting identities of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on delivering mental health services primarily within the school setting, catering to children, adolescents, and their families. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
