The role shapes strategy, drives profitable growth, optimizes resource allocation, supports critical financial decisions, and leads global finance teams to maximize business performance and long-term value creation.As a trusted member of the leadership team, the Vice President evaluates investments, assesses risks and trade-offs, and provides financial leadership on the business's most critical decisions. Partnering across the business, Controllership, Centers of Excellence, Finance Transformation, and other Global Finance functions, the role connects strategy to measurable outcomes, drives accountability, and enables informed decision-making.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business PartnershipServe as the primary finance thought partner to executive leaders within the supported function, shaping strategic priorities, the growth agenda, and the choices that define where the business competes and investsBring an independent, commercially grounded point of view to strategy discussions; Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
