Startup Growth Intern

Paletté is a VC backed fashion brand building something different — a curated shopping experience that puts style and community first. We’re early-stage, fast-moving, and looking for someone who wants to grow with us. The Role We’re looking for a driven Growth Intern to help us expand our reach through strategic partnerships and outreach. You’ll work directly with the founding team, own real projects, and see the direct impact of your work — and your compensation reflects that. This isn’t a “make coffee and shadow someone” internship. You’ll be building relationships, opening doors, and helping shape how Paletté shows up in the world. What You’ll Do Identify and reach out to potential brand partners, boutiques, and collaborators Support and post our social media to grow our shopper side Draft outreach emails, pitch decks, and partnership proposals Track outreach pipelines and follow up to close deals Research new opportunities — pop-ups, collabs, affiliate programs, press Work cross-functionally with the team on campaigns tied to partnerships Have a genuine passion for fashion, retail, or brand-building Are a confident communicator — in writing and in conversation Love the hustle of outreach and aren’t afraid of hearing “no” Are organized and can manage a pipeline without being micromanaged Have experience with Instagram, TikTok, or influencer culture (a plus) Are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university Compensation Performance-based pay — your earnings are tied to the partnerships and deals you close.
