Job Description:
- Are you an experienced nurse looking to make a significant impact?
- Join us in a dynamic and fast-paced Adult Surgical Unit with a few Pediatric patient beds.
- This role requires a passion for patient care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide exceptional patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in line with best practices and state laws.
- Document care accurately according to established standards.
- Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans guided by physicians and hospital policies.
- Participate in performance improvement activities within your department or unit.
- Provide clinical expertise and support to other units as needed.
- Ensure patient safety and enhance patient experience through critical thinking and effective communication.

Position Requirements:
- Must have current NIHSS certification, Wisconsin RN license, and CPR/BLS certification.
- Education verification is required.
- Flexibility to float to other units may be needed.
- Commitment to working every other weekend and holidays.
- Must be available for 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM).
