About the Position

Job Opportunity – Neonatal ICU RN – Tennessee

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays; Float to comparable high-need areas as needed

• 60-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit providing advanced critical care to premature and critically ill newborns
• Patient ratios of 2-3:1, allowing for focused, individualized patient care
• Utilize Philips monitoring systems and dual documentation platforms: Meditech and Centricity Perinatal
• Collaborative environment within a dedicated Women's and Children's facility

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Previous NICU experience required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• STABLE Program certification
• Adherence to dress code: Navy, ceil blue, grey, or white scrubs; no long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish
