Production Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

• Training will be completed on 1st shift for the first few weeks before moving permanently to 2nd shift.
• Operate production equipment used in the plating process, including setups, changeovers, and routine equipment maintenance.
• Perform quality inspections using X-ray equipment, gauges, and other inspection tools to ensure products meet specifications.
• Monitor plating baths, maintain proper chemical levels, and mix chemicals as needed.
• Load and unload materials throughout the production process and operate a forklift when needed.

Production Operator Qualifications:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Stable employment history with limited job changes strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to follow established procedures, complete production paperwork, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Forklift experience is a plus; ability to learn and operate production equipment safely is required.
