**** **Technician - Biotech Manufacturing** **Location** : Berkeley, CA **Schedule** : Multiple Shifts Available. Shift start times are as follows : 6am - 2:30pm, 6pm-2:30 am, 6:30am-3pm, 2:30pm-11pm, 10:30pm-7am, (40 hours per week. In this role, you'll play a critical part in the production of life-changing therapies, working with state-of-the-art equipment in a highly regulated, manufacturing environment. **What You'll Do** Your day-to-day will be diverse, fast-paced, and impactful. You'll: Prepare & Operate Equipment + Set up and sterilize bioreactors, tanks, flow meters, and other process equipment. + Operate systems for cell culture and purification, Execute Core Manufacturing Processes + Inoculate and monitor bioreactors. + Process materials using advanced filtration and separation technologies. + Dispense chemicals and formulate solutions with precision. Maintain Clean & Compliant Operations + Conduct aseptic operations and in-process sampling. + Clean and maintain production areas and equipment. + Complete routine documentation and check sheets in compliance with cGMP standards. ️Support Media & Solution Prep + Prepare and filter large-scale media and buffer solutions. + Operate automated systems (e.g., HCL distribution, drum lifters). + Use analytical tools like pH, conductivity, and osmolality meters.
