Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Prepare meats, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients according to company recipes.
- Cook and assemble menu items while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating inventory, and minimizing food waste.
- Work as part of a team to keep the kitchen running efficiently during busy periods.
Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we're happy to train motivated individuals.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
