Financial Services Representative

Financial Services Representative At CommonWealth, we serve the financial needs of more than 40,000 people who live or work in Santa Clara County. We are seeking candidates who share our value and commitment to building stronger communities through financial health - one member at a time. In addition to a competitive base salary, our compensation package includes:

- Ensure fulfillment of members' financial needs through discussions of financial wellness.
- Assist member with all transactions, including opening memberships, accounts and loans.
- Assist members with online banking inquiries.
- Interview and process member's loans. Effectively cross sell payment protection products.
- Performa outreach activities as part of the credit union's new member onboarding process.
- Consistently provide exceptional member service through financial wellness discussions and support to internal and external members.
Compensation details: 27.25-34.05 Hourly Wage
