Eagles Peak Enterprises is hiring a motivated Entry Level Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our growing team in Orlando, FL . This is a full-time, on-site position for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, promotions, brand awareness, client relations, and customer service.

No previous marketing or communications experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help new team members build strong communication, marketing, and customer engagement skills. As a Marketing and Communications Assistant , you will support local marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, customer outreach, and client communication while representing our clients professionally throughout the Orlando area.

Marketing and Communications Assistant Responsibilities

• Support daily marketing, communications, and customer outreach campaigns
• Communicate directly with customers and prospective customers
• Explain client products, services, promotions, and current campaigns clearly
• Assist with local marketing and promotional initiatives
• Increase customer engagement and brand awareness
• Help customers identify products or services that fit their needs
• Support promotional events, campaign preparation, and on-site activities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity
• Assist with customer follow-up and ongoing communication
• Collaborate with team members on marketing and customer engagement strategies
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available to work full-time and on-site in Orlando, FL
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with new people
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Willing to learn new marketing, communication, and customer engagement techniques
• Positive attitude and willingness to receive coaching
• Reliable transportation to the office and assigned work locations

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, marketing, communications, promotions, brand representation, or sales may be helpful but is not required.
