We offer the opportunity to earn $120,000+, with total compensation valued up to $130,000+ including benefits, supported by structured mentorship, clinical development, and a clear growth path within an independently operated practice. NJDPT offers a long-term career path without the high-volume feel of many corporate outpatient models. Our clinicians typically treat 1-2 patients per hour, allowing time for individualized care, clinical growth, and work-life balance. As our Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will collaborate with an experienced team of Doctors of Physical Therapy while bringing your pediatric occupational therapy expertise to our interdisciplinary practice. This is a unique opportunity to help build and grow NJDPT's pediatric occupational therapy program while developing your own pediatric caseload within an established, clinician-led practice.
