Associate Consultant - Stop Loss

Job Summary: • Responsible for approximately 40-60 total accounts (depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator • Sends final client deliverable, as well as written recommendation, to dedicated team member for peer review • Responsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or client with leadership supervision • Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team) • Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients • Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals • First line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager • Obtain/maintain license Requirements: Preferred location: Miami but open to remote #LI-DG2 #LI-MM4
