Procurement Analyst
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle invoicing, budget tracking, and timesheet collection from contractors
- Use internal systems (AS9 and Oracle) to process invoices and contracts
- Troubleshoot invoicing errors/discrepancies with vendors.
- Provide process improvement recommendations
- Interface regularly with vendors and internal teams
- 2+ years of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounting support
- Familiarity with purchase orders, contracts, or supply chain processes

Education/Experience:
- High School.
