Sr HR Specialist GSCL

Position Summary Senior Human Resource Specialist – Enables the HR operating model by delivering consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools. Acts as a key partner to leaders and team members, ensuring HR programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on the team member experience. Compensation Pay range: $20.82 – $37.45 per hour. Shift differential: $2.00 – $3.50 per hour based on eligibility. Responsibilities Onboard new hires and manage workforce routines, ensuring timely completion and accurate record‑keeping of required training. Provide day‑to‑day HR services, guiding leaders and team members through HR processes and organizational change. Apply established best practices and standard procedures to support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance needs. Interact regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross‑functional teams to support HR initiatives. Engage external candidates or vendors when required for staffing, onboarding, and HR process execution. Deliver HR services with accuracy, consistency, and a solutions‑oriented mindset while maintaining a strong focus on the team member experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of administrative experience. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word, O365). Strong customer/client service skills and excellent written and verbal communication at all organizational levels. Ability to anticipate problems, prioritize tasks, and take action to complete tasks accurately and on time. Experience handling highly confidential information. Initiative and ability to make fair, consistent decisions aligned with company strategy and values. Capacity to multi‑task and adapt quickly in a flexible team environment.
