Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative with Brian Gibbs Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. This is a part-time position with a schedule of up to 10 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS
