Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Huntsville, TX | 4/3 Split Schedule

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – State of Texas
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

• 2+ years of nursing assistant experience
• Appropriate active license

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient care in Huntsville, Texas . In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, provide adjunct clinical support, and help maintain patient comfort and safety. This position follows a 4/3 split schedule , offering stability and predictable work routines while contributing to a high‑quality care environment.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living , including serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, and providing hydration
• Provide adjunct care such as administering enemas, douches, non‑sterile dressings, surgical preps, ice/heat treatments, sitz baths, therapeutic baths , and applying restraints
• Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs , monitoring weight, testing urine, and recording intake/output
• Enhance patient comfort by transporting patients, responding to call lights, and reporting observations to nursing supervisors
• Document all actions by completing required forms, logs, reports, and records
• Follow all policies and procedures to maintain smooth work operations
• Protect patient confidentiality and uphold organizational values
• Adhere to professional standards , hospital policies, federal/state/local regulations, and JCAHO requirements
• Maintain job knowledge through continuing education, professional publications, and licensure upkeep
• Support the nursing department by taking ownership of new tasks and seeking opportunities to add value

• Active CNA License
• AHA BLS certification
• 2 years of nursing assistant experience
• Appropriate active license

• 4/3 split schedule
