Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. This role involves working rotating shifts to ensure continuous critical care coverage.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients according to established protocols.
Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and respond rapidly to emergencies.
Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

Valid PA or Compact RN license required at submission.
Possess current AHA certifications and meet specialty-specific requirements.
Have at least 1 year of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
Demonstrate proficiency with electronic health record systems, preferably Cerner.
Willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within 10 miles.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including every other holiday.
