Job Summary:

The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes of our Michigan locations. This role provides administrative support to the HR Director and Director of Operations as needed, including maintaining ATS, record-keeping, file maintenance and entering data in HRIS system.

Duties/Responsibilities:

*ATS Maintenance to include reaching out to candidates, scheduling interviews,

sending offer and/or rejection letters.

*Interviewing all potential MI candidates

*Sending welcome letters, onboarding links and background check information.

*Preparation and conducting HR portion of bi-weekly orientations.

*With EMS staff, perform drug screening for new hires as required.

*Ordering and tracking of uniforms. Creating payroll deductions as necessary.

*Follow-up to ensure new hires complete entire onboarding process.

*Entering employee data into HRIS systems and scheduling platform.

*Organization of current and terminated personnel files.

*Participate in progressive disciplinary action/counseling as HR rep.

*Update personnel changes/additions in both payroll and scheduling platforms.

*Organization of birthday gifts/cards and Kudos cards.

*Other duties as assigned.

*Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

*Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.

*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.

Education and Experience:

*High School Diploma required.

*At least two years related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and working on a computer
