1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 6:30 PM

We're seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy solving problems, working with machinery, and making an impact on production, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facility systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues
- Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and drives
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
- Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately
- Support production teams during equipment changeovers and breakdowns
- Follow all safety, GMP, and lockout/tagout procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Help identify and implement equipment improvements
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, or a regulated environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, and production equipment
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience with SAP or other maintenance management systems is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Ability to wear required PPE
