Here, you’ll: Own the interior design scope on many projects—leading decisions, not just supporting them Work across a balanced mix of project types, including corporate workplaces, healthcare environments, and retail banking spaces Be part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team with architecture and engineering in-house Gain exposure to projects across Texas and nationally, with opportunities for site visits and real-world impact Join a team that’s intentionally building its next generation of design leaders What You’ll Do You’ll be involved across the entire project lifecycle, with the opportunity to lead interior design efforts on projects of varying size and complexity. Success in this role means being able to step in, take ownership, and deliver—whether independently or as part of a team. Take projects from programming and space planning through construction administration Lead the interior design scope independently on many projects, while collaborating on larger efforts Develop design concepts that balance creativity, performance, and client goals Produce and oversee construction documentation, specifications, and renderings Present design ideas to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver fully integrated solutions Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site visits Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers What You Bring We’re looking for someone in that 5–10 year sweet spot—experienced enough to lead, but still eager to grow.
