Evaluate employee performance, document progress, and coordinate with administrative staff to determine field readiness and program completion. Conduct remedial training and performance improvement for current employees as needed. Review patient care reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved medical protocols. Participate in the review, development, and implementation of patient care protocols and operational guidelines. Ensure completion of required daily, weekly, and monthly unit check-offs and maintain operational readiness of units and crews. Serve as a professional role model by maintaining high standards of appearance, conduct, readiness, and interpersonal communication while on and off duty. Support supervisory operations by reporting deficiencies, enforcing compliance, and assuming acting supervisory responsibilities when assigned in the absence of a Shift Supervisor or Shift Lieutenant.
