Role Scope Execute purchasing across assigned categories: POs cut same‑day, confirmations chased, and deliveries landed on schedule. Own the order book: statuses current, exceptions escalated, and no silent slips. Work vendor issues to ground: shortages, substitutions, and expedites, with the schedule impact quantified. Keep the data clean in the ERP so planning and finance run on truth. What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. You've been a buyer in a fast‑moving supply chain and carried a heavy PO load without drops. You chase confirmations like the schedule depends on it, because it does. You've expedited critical parts through constrained suppliers. Your ERP hygiene is a habit: right dates, right prices, right quantities. You elevate with the facts assembled and a recommendation attached. Bonus: NetSuite or Zip. Data center, construction, or electronics categories. Freight basics. Excel and SQL fluency.
