Accounting Supervisor

We are partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented organization seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee core accounting operations and lead a high-performing team. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financials
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Oversee general ledger activity, accruals, and estimates
Support audit activities (internal & external)
Supervise, train, and develop accounting staff
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
Partner cross-functionally to support reporting and financial analysis

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience (direct or indirect)
Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
Advanced Excel skills
CPA or CPA-track preferred
Public accounting background is a plus
