Position: Entry-Level Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Day Shift

Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 / hour (based on experience)

Our facility is looking for motivated associates to join our team on the Day Shift. You don't need to be a master technician on day one—we are looking for individuals with the drive to learn, and we will train you on the rest while paying a competitive starting wage.

What You Will Learn & Be Trained On:

• Welding & Fabrication: Master MIG, STICK, and TIG welding to repair and build structural equipment.

• Electrical Systems: Gain hands-on experience troubleshooting low-to-high voltage power and control systems safely.

• Hydraulics & Fluid Power: Learn how pumps, valves, and pressurized systems drive heavy industrial machinery.

• Mechanical Systems: Understand mechanical assemblies, power transmission, gearboxes, and precision alignments.

• Blueprint Reading: Learn to read and interpret technical schematics, electrical diagrams, and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Train alongside senior technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment.

• Assist with mechanical repairs, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Learn to diagnose and work on low- and high-voltage electrical components.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance across the facility.

• Utilize basic tools to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.

• Welding (MIG/STICK/TIG)

• Electrical work (low to high voltage)

• Hydraulics

• Mechanical

• Blueprint reading

You will work in multiple buildings and be provided with the required tools and PPE (allowances) to transition and begin your Industrial Maint career at one of the most wonderful companies in Northeast, OH!
