Licensed Practical Nurse (Pediatric Patient) - Atlanta, 30360 ($40/hr. Weekly Pay) Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a compassionate and highly‑skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in‑home care to our clients. The LPN will deliver personal care in accordance with established care plans, maintaining the comfort and well‑being of patients. Schedule and Compensation Pay rate: $40 per hour. Shift: Saturday, 10 AM to 2 PM (Start ASAP). Responsibilities Primary Clinical Focus Feeding & Aspiration Risk Management: monitor closely during all meals, regulate bite size, ensure safe swallowing, and provide ongoing assessment of feeding safety. Patient Safety & Supervision: maintain continuous supervision during mobility, ensuring a safe environment at all times. Clinical Observation & Assessment: observe for changes in condition, report or escalate as needed, and provide sound clinical judgment in daily care. Functional Support (Secondary) Assist with activities of daily living as needed, including toileting and clothing support. Support safe participation in daily routines and activities. Encourage use of communication tools (AAC device) to support patient interaction. Provide appropriate engagement to support the patient’s overall well‑being. Participate in structured activities such as simple play or outdoor time while maintaining safety oversight. Reinforce therapy‑informed activities (PT/OT exercises) as tolerated. Additional Notes No medication administration is required. Patient is nonverbal and requires attentive, responsive care. Monthly participation in the client’s program on a Sunday. Requirements Active LPN license. At least 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting (3–5 years preferred). Driver’s license or state‑issued ID. Current CPR/BLS card. TB test results.
