Position: Therapist [Master's Degree or Licensed (LCSW / LMHC)]
Employment Status: Full-Time (FT)

Position Summary:

Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants for the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Therapist who will work with

clients to effectively address Mental Health (MH) and Substance Abuse (SA) issues by providing accessible client-centered, cost-effective, and

quality outcome-based care.


The Therapist will provide Mental Health (MH) and Substance Abuse (SA) screenings, assessments, groups, and individual and family

psychotherapy.


Applicants must be outgoing and enjoy working with the public, professional, and para-professional team. Have the ability to collaborate and

communicate with BCI departments and external stakeholders. Must be able to multi-task and remain professional at all times to ensure that each

client has a positive and helpful therapeutic experience.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:


• Master's degree in a related human services field i.e., Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling OR;

• Clear and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)in the State of Florida.


• Must be willing to see clients ages five (5) through adult.


• Must be willing to work with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) clients.


Bilingual/bicultural English and Spanish preferred (not required).


Applicants must be able to pass an Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Medicaid and Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF)

Level II background check (Clearinghouse Education and Awareness Website: National Sex Offender Registry

search, Office of Inspector General (OIG) check (if you have previously worked for DCF (including Contract or Subcontract Provider), drug screen,

and Tuberculosis (TB) test. Applicants must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and possess a valid Florida Driver's License with no more than

three (3) points on their driving record to be insured under BCI's automobile insurance policy.

Work Location : Fort Walton Beach (FWB)

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wage: The wage for a Therapist [Master's Degree] position is $25.00 per hour.
The wage for a Licensed (LCSW / LMHC) Therapist position is $31.25 per hour.
